President
Nick brings more than 25 years of fundraising experience across various philanthropic sectors. His extensive background includes roles such as Vice President of Advancement at The FAMiLY Leader, Director of Donor Ministries at The Gospel Coalition, an international think-tank, and Director of Development for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University. Throughout his career, Nick has successfully overseen and executed annual fund programs, developed impactful planned giving strategies, and spearheaded major gift initiatives. He has also contributed his expertise as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations.
Cherian Koshy
Vice President
Cherian Koshy is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), and AFP Master Trainer. He has over 25 years of experience in fundraising for non-profits. As the head of fundraising for various non-profits, he’s personally raised more than $100 million, including several seven and eight-figure gifts. He’s led several successful multi-million dollar capital campaigns and worked with a wide variety of non-profits, including the arts, human services, faith-based, and education.
